Trunk or Treat 2021

TRUNK or TREAT RETURNS

What:  Trunk or Treat is a safe, fun, interactive Halloween Event!  People gather in a large parking lot (St. Clement) and Go all out decorating the trunks of their car. Kids then trick or treat by going from trunk to trunk, collecting candy from vehicle owners who have decorated their vehicles to serve as the backdrop for this family friendly event.  “Trunkers” will be asked to decorate their trunk, tailgate or hatchback and provide candy for the “Treaters”. When: Saturday; October 30, 2021

1:00 – 2:00 PM              Set Up

2:15 – 2:30 PM              Judging

3:00 – 4:00 PM              Trick or Treating

3:15 – 4:00 PM               Hot Dogs Outdoors or Hall

4:00 – 4:30 PM               Awards Ceremony

4:30 – 5:00 PM               Clean Up / Tear Down

RULES:

  • Registration is Free: DUE by noon Friday October 29 th
  • All participants must provide their own candy for distribution to approximately 100 Treaters
  • No Scary costumes

I/We give my / our approval for my/our family’s participation in the above event.  I/We do further hereby waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Evansville, and any of their affiliates, successors, agents, employees, members, and representatives, from any and all claims, including claims of personal injury to me/my family or property damage, under any theory of law (including negligence, but not reckless or intentional conduct) in any way resulting from or arising in connection with the activities of the event.

I also grant the sponsors and co-sponsors the unconditional right to use the name, voice and likeness of my/our family in connection with any articles, press release or audio video production.
