Christmas cards/note cards/Logo Wear :  Melanie Seibert reported that both vendors reported our order will be ready nest week.  A specific date could not be given.  It was decided that one the cards and note cards are available Melanie and/or Pattie will contact club members to fold and assemble the card packets.  Hopefully we can begin to sell them as soon as next weekend.

Prayer of St. Clement Parish bookmark:   All of the bookmarks are not yet finished.  Distribution will be once this is done.  Some will be kept back to give to new parishioners as they join the parish.

New Business

Angel Tree and Refugees :  Angie McVey reported that several gift tags have been removed from the angel tree.  There are still some available for selection this weekend at all masses.

Country Store and Fruitcakes : Discussion was held regarding remaining items in the Country Store room as well as left over ingredients that Susie Stephan had for the fruitcakes.  Some items will be taken to the church Narthex for purchase as a free will offering.

Since it was decided that the fruitcake project has gotten to costly to sell the club will not be doing this anymore. Of course, if some new members of the parish wanted to team up and undertake the project it will be looked at that time.  It was decided to give any ingredients not outdated to the soup kitchen.
