November 2022

Dear Parishioners,

We are kicking off our 2023 Calendar Raffle ticket sales!  License 002423

We are asking you to let us know how many tickets you would like to try to sell and we will put them in the mail to you or they can be picked up in the office or in Church.  Also, if you have any favorite numbers, you can request them.  They will be included if they are still available. You can let us know via a note put in the collection basket or mailed to the parish office, in a phone call or an email to any staff member.

You can request as many tickets as you want!  (We have #1-1,000.) The cost for each ticket is still $25.  If your ticket number is drawn, you win the prize money for that day!  If you buy one ticket #, you have one chance each day.  If you buy two ticket #s, you have two chances daily, etc., etc. for each of the 365 days of the year 2023.

The January winners will be drawn January 9, 2023.  Prizes for the drawing are as follows:

            Weekdays                --   $30

            Regular Sundays     --   $50

            Fifth Sundays          --   $75

            Christmas & Easter --  $150

When selling the tickets, make sure that you retain the stub with the PURCHASER'S NAME and ADDRESS COMPLETED ON EACH TICKET and return it with the money to the Church office or through the Sunday collection.  Please identify it as “calendar raffle” if you use the collection to turn it in.  The remainder of the ticket is to be given to the purchaser.  According to State of Indiana regulations, tickets are not to be sold to anyone under the age of 18.  Any unsold tickets must also be returned so that we can get them to someone who may be able to sell them.   Do not throw them away.    The tickets are numbered so that we can track our sales.

Please buy or try to sell your tickets!!! They make great Christmas and early birthday gifts!

            Thank you for your help!!
